Was looking for anything else than what I was driving but thought there was no way out of my trade which was falling apart . The last dealer I went to totally screwed us TBH I came in a little guarded. No wo thought there was no way out of my trade which was falling apart . He was everything the other dealer wasn’t, honest , personable, nice, engaging, did I mention honest. We couldn’t be happier with our Equinox and Coach Harry he absolutely restored my faith that there are still people who will go the extra mile to help you just for the sake of helping you. Came into Bayshore looking for a Traverse and met a man named Coach Harry. I called the dealership. I spoke to a very nice man named Paul and he directed me to Certified dept. I originally had an appointme named Coach Harry. I called the dealership. I spoke to a very nice man named Paul and he directed me to Certified dept. I originally had an appointment on Wedsenday but I decided to come in on a Tuesday. My husband and I was assigned to a younger gentleman named Chris. He was really cool to work with and I had an amazing time conversing with him while test driving the car. This dealership had exactly what I was looking for. They were fully stocked in vehicles which hasn’t been the case lately due to COVID. But Chris and his father walked us thru the process. I knew this was a God sent since Chris and his father shares the same name as my husband lol. Chris was even nice enough to give my son a balloon to play with. Coach Harry again was a blessing to meet. Super nice guy and knows his stuff. Armando, made the financial part smooth. Great experience all around. More
