I went to the dealership on a Tuesday and the weather was very cold and rainy. This did not prevent Brandon from coming outside and greating us. He was very helpful and happy to show us several cars. He was also very knowledgeable and able to answer our questions. He made buying a car less stressful than my previous experiences. I am very happy with my new car. More

Slap in the face I am looking for a vehicle since mine went down. Talked to a sales person who i didnt ask for. When i called i told the switch board operator that I w I am looking for a vehicle since mine went down. Talked to a sales person who i didnt ask for. When i called i told the switch board operator that I wanted to talked to a sales manager wow go a sales person not manager. So i talked to him him my deal he said okay. So i went through a different finace company and told the sales guy this and told him that they charge dealer fees and so everything was processed and done all we had to do was come sign paperwork on Saturday. Get to midland and fixing to leave the bank when we started to head to the dealership the sales person calls and tells me after reassuring us since friday with him and the finace manager everything was good to go to get the call and tells me your going to have to pay the dealership fees. Okay so why reassure us then if you and your finace manager would listen i told the sales man continuesly. Tryed to contact the General Manager and still have not heard from him this company and General Manager are big jokes and i will take to social media about yall also. Thats how poor this company is for not standing behind their word to the customer. I also had to pay some one 60.00 for fuel. More

The sales manager seemed mostly disconnected plus the owner walked by and didn't acknowledge our presence even though, at the time, we were the only customers at the dealership. Having been a sales manager, not related to this type of business, I tend to notice the attention received from mid and upper management. The one bright spot, however, was the attention and professionalism my wife and I received from our salesperson, Jordan LaFranca. Jordan clearly had our best interest at heart. Without presenting a hard sell approach, Jordan was a valuable resource, picking a car and color to meet our taste and budget. As a result, we ended up purchasing this very automobile. After our purchase, Jordan meticulously educated us on all the features our new car offered. When you're serious about purchasing a new or used Toyota from Toyota of Midland, ask to speak to Jordan. By the way, I am not related to Jordan nor a friend, having never met him prior to my visit. I'm just a satisfied customer. More
