I have been working with Forrester Lincoln for many years. My first purchase from them was a Mercury Grand Marquee, followed by 2 Mountaineer’s, 3 MKX’s, a MKZ and now my favorite 2021 Aviator. Travis Mummert has been a most professional and personable individual for the majority of my dealings at Forresters. Everyone at the dealership go above and beyond to assure you are taken care of. Purchased a used Leer truck cap from Cody, who insisted it would fit my '13 F-150, which it does not. Bottom piece of the door is not compatible with my truck's tailgate, and it is not an 'easy fix' that it would fit my '13 F-150, which it does not. Bottom piece of the door is not compatible with my truck's tailgate, and it is not an 'easy fix' that he assured me it would be after I had driven the 2.5 hours to pick the thing up. Leer says I need a replacement rear door to make it fit my truck. I guess I should have walked away were it not for the hassle of driving 5 hours to get the thing. Reaching back out via facebook marketplace where he listed the item after the fact to discuss the issues, he did not respond. Untrustworthy to say the least. Keeping the stereotype of 'shady used car salesman' alive. Good job Cody! More
