We drove the car that we were interested in seeing and after some further conversation and information concerning the cars features, we decided to buy. It was busy that day but even so, the entire process didn't take long and went smoothly. I'm so glad we went to Wilsonville Toyota. Cody was great and made the entire experience enjoyable! More

I was quite disappointed to learn that I had been provided with inaccurate information. When I brought this matter to Savannah's attention, she seemed to deflect the conversation towards an entirely provided with inaccurate information. When I brought this matter to Savannah's attention, she seemed to deflect the conversation towards an entirely different topic. She repeatedly emphasized how beneficial it was that the used vehicle came with two keys, mentioning it on three separate occasions, which we initially found to be a positive aspect. She also highlighted the rarity of this feature and how it would supposedly save us $500. Furthermore, she sold us a warranty, assuring us that it covered virtually everything imaginable, providing numerous examples ranging from animal-related incidents to oil changes. We purchased the car and paid in full, and were instructed to leave a deposit and return in four days to finalize the sale, as it was a Sunday and we were unable to complete a money wire transfer. It was late in the evening when we left, and upon waking the next day, we noticed a small chip in the windshield. This seemed like it would have been a simple repair with glass filler and a UV light. However, when we went to collect the paperwork, we mentioned the chip and were informed that the warranty did not cover such damage. We requested the second key, and as Savanna was unavailable, we were advised to contact her regarding it. We did so the following day, and she provided an explanation that seemed rather implausible. She stated that she believed we were inquiring about the car being gold certified and that she would follow up with us to confirm. We are quite puzzled as to why a request for a second key would be interpreted as an inquiry about the car's gold certification, especially since we were already aware that it was not. Unfortunately, she never did get back to us. Upon reflection, we did not receive the second key, and the warranty unfortunately does not cover windshields. This situation has caused me considerable dissatisfaction and distress, particularly as I feel disadvantaged by a warranty that excludes windshield coverage, and I am now faced with a $500 expense for a replacement key. I would hesitate to recommend Savannah based on what I perceive as a misrepresentation of information. However, I must commend the rest of the staff for their welcoming demeanor and the cleanliness of the facility. Despite these positive aspects, I remain deeply troubled by the overall circumstances and the perceived lack of urgency in resolving these issues. Given that I paid the full sticker price for the vehicle, I believe it would have been appropriate to address the windshield and provide the second key. Furthermore, I am unable to download applications to my Toyota as it remains registered under the previous owner, and the dealership has not yet contacted Toyota to transfer ownership, despite my full cash payment for the vehicle.
