I scheduled my 2005 F250 with them to have an identified (by them) oil leak and my rear passenger door problem 2 months in advance as we were out of the country. We scheduled it for a Friday a identified (by them) oil leak and my rear passenger door problem 2 months in advance as we were out of the country. We scheduled it for a Friday and since we live an hour and a half away booked a room for Friday and Saturday to give them the two days to complete the repairs. We dropped the truck at the dealer at 0715 on Friday. The service person said they would call with an update as soon as they had one. It was 4PM on Friday when we decided to call the dealer since we had not received a call. When I finally got the service rep who had my truck, he said, "he was dealing with an avalanche and would call me back." Another hour and no word. I again called and spoke to the rep again who said, "they had not even looked at the truck and would have to move it to the following Monday." So, now I will have to take the loaner back and get my truck and reschedule this. So, on Saturday I arrive at 0815 and ask for my truck. The service reps were still not finished checking the 0800 service customers paperwork and looked very overwhelmed. Then I was told they could not find my keys. They had to get a manager to help in the search. About 10 minutes later the truck was handed over to me. I received no apology for completely wasting my 2 days. Needless to say I will not be working with this dealer again. I have left 2 messages with the service manager's voicemail and have yet to receive a call. More
