A few years ago when I brought my car in for service and when it was going to be more than 2 days they would have a car for me. Not anymore. Also, I got a scheduled time for 7:30am on a Tuesday and they did when it was going to be more than 2 days they would have a car for me. Not anymore. Also, I got a scheduled time for 7:30am on a Tuesday and they didn't look at it until Wednesday. They wasted 1 whole day, I could of kept it until Wednesday. In today's technology there must be a software program that allows you to schedule service work based on average time to fix a vehicle, example air conditioning. Minimum time 4 hours, maximum time 24 hours, this way the customer has some knowledge of how long without the vehicle. Plus, they would know when you should bring in your vehicle instead of stacking the work and wasting the customer time and the dealership time. More
