I went online and was very happy I found exactly what I was looking for. After I asked Colby to send me a purchase agreement he got Tim Green to email me one. The car I selected was listed online for 48,8 was looking for. After I asked Colby to send me a purchase agreement he got Tim Green to email me one. The car I selected was listed online for 48,805 minus disc 7,000 and model bonus cash of 1,000 making the no haggle price 40,805. When I got my PA it was sell price 48,805.00 minus 5,000 disc and 1,000 rebate. When asked about the price difference he said that was only if I financed the car and the bank would qualify me for 2,000 disc. I was going to be a cash paying deal. I was penalized for paying cash. Very misleading advertisement online. Yes I was rudely told that the financing disclaimer was there and it was in faded out small print. I worked in customer care for 25plus years and I always treated my customers with respect. I dont feel like this was the case today. More
