After going through Cars. com to search for a car. I found one at Skyline ford. I was presented with financing by cars.com on the vehicle I was looking at. I received email con com to search for a car. I found one at Skyline ford. I was presented with financing by cars.com on the vehicle I was looking at. I received email contact by Lidia Customer Relations Assistant Skyline Ford asking how I would like to be contacted. I responded within a an hour then contacted by Colby Webb sales. asking when I would like to come in a test drive. This was supposed to be online and Once completed I would pickup the vehicle. Colby only contacted me once and has never responded. I was then contacted again by Lidia Customer Relations Assistant asking if I was taken care of. I responded with a yes and a no. It seems that cars. com in only used by them for contact information as there has been no meaningfully fallow up in any way. I was also told By Linda Hi Thank you for informing me. I’ll let my manager know about this. Regards, Still no fallow up. IF they have such a good rating why no contact. I am going to asum they sold the truck to someone else and just plain don't care about customer service. and are using cars.com as a contact info only and not to sell cars. More
