My sales associate Carl was wonderful, and so was J the finance manager. He went above and beyond for me as for anyone else, I have no words, and they never filled my car with gas, and they never took off finance manager. Crystal and Colin made the whole car buying process seamless at VW of Nanuet. I went there to trade in my lease for another lease. Colin and Crystal were both knowledgeable, honest and swift with the w seamless at VW of Nanuet. I went there to trade in my lease for another lease. Colin and Crystal were both knowledgeable, honest and swift with the whole process. I called Colin at 9am on a Saturday and got my car the same day! Colin "heard" me and EXACTLY knew what I was looking for and needed. He honored the deal and kept his word. Crystal was super efficient with paperwork and setting up my insurance via the GEICO app. Crystal has also gone above and beyond the walls of VW Nanuet to answer any other questions that I had after leaving the dealership. Leslie was also efficient in making sure I got out of the dealership in timely manner! Thank you for making this an easy breezy process! One of the fastest dealership experiences to date!
