Colleen was extremely informative and helpful, answering all of the questions I had pertaining to the ending of my lease and ensuring that I remained an Acura customer. She went above and beyond making sure I was informed and knowledgeable, courteous as always throughout. Walter likewise provided incredible customer service walking me through the process (as well as returning my phone calls and emails with questions) and making himself available as it best fit my schedule. I appreciate his flexibility and with all of the assistance he provided me with re-leasing. This is my 5th leased Acura and it is largely because of the customer service of Colleen and Walter that I continue to be a loyal and happy customer. Thank you! More

Highly recommend !! First class service from the time you show interest. Immediately greeted and asked how they can help you .. the guest. You are a guest in their home. My wife and I were in the market for a new 2020 MDX to help start our family. Colleen was helpful in setting up a sales appointment; Walter helped provide us options and features to suit our needs. Although the price for the new MDX we desired wasn't initially within our budget, Walter graciously helped us get what we needed (and even wanted) along with help from managers Anthony and Vipin. We were pleased with the deal we got; also, Walter even took time to show us some of the new smartphone integrated features built in to the MDX's infotainment system. Initially I was hesitant with buying a vehicle only through internet research. But when I found this vehicle, I called and the staff at DCH remained patient and honest throughout the experience. Lora even took photos of the vehicle before they were posted to the site and I really appreciated her going the extra mile for an out of town client who is calling over the phone. Once I arrived at DCH Montclair, Tony was waiting for me at the entrance..and literally walked me through the rest of the process. Tony made sure I was comfortable with moving forward and even talked me down from walking away from this deal. Even when I experienced trouble with the vehicle, DCH was willing to diagnose the problem or help me find a reputable service department that would find out the problem. DCH made right on their promise and helped me drive away with a safe, reliable vehicle at an affordable price. DCH is helping me rebuild my credit and my life, one step at a time.
