He was wonderful to work with and was very thorough in regards to making sure every detail was taken care of and handled the way we would want it being as that we couldn't be there in person until purchase. He orchestrated having leather put in the car and heated seats for us as the vehicle didn't come equipped with it but that was what we were after. All in all he made the entire purchase a great car buying experience and I would highly recommend working with him if you decide to purchase a car from this dealership. Our daughter couldn't be happier with her new dream car...she even considered sleeping in it the first night;) Thanks again Colton and Northtowne...you were great! More

Colton did an excellent job of showing only the cars I was interested in. He gave me time to think about the car without being pushy. I came in and purchased my 2011 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder the same day on a Saturday. I wasn't very prepared but I fell in love with the car on the test drive and Colton let me run by my house and waited whi the same day on a Saturday. The process was smooth and seamless. I've returned to the dealership to schedule an inspection and set up an appointment for my first complimentary oil change and Colton met me outside before I even got to the door. This was the fourth dealership I went to, looking for a good upgrade from my first car. We came here on a whim after visiting Van across the street, and boy am I glad we did! Colton immediately pointed us in the direction of a car that was both the style we were looking for and in our price range. He was very honest and helpful as we considered this car, and negotiated with us to find a price we could both live with. He did everything in his power to help us buy this car. After dealing with salesmen who did nothing but lie to us and try to cheat us out of our money, it was refreshing! I would definitely recommend this dealer to friends, and if I decide to buy another used car, this will be the first place I go. More

I went there to buy a used car. I had purchased a 2007 Suzuki Grand Vitara new from Northtowne so I trusted them to give me the service I needed. Colton was great. We test drove two used cars, but during the drive Colton informed me about the great deals on the Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. After about 10 minutes of discussing what he could offer me on a 2013 Outlander, I test drove one and was convinced that it was the car for me. The monthly payment was perfect and the lease details made a ton of sense. In the end, I drove home in a brand new car feeling completely satisfied with my purchase. I will always go back to the Northtowne auto group for any future vehicle purchases. More
