Conner allowed me to wander the lot and explained all the benefits of different vehicles I was drawn to, and guided me to the different styles and models available in each type of Kia. I went there with the intent of buying a new Kia; I just wasn't sure which model was right for me; but, I knew what options I wanted. Conner led me to the Kia Optima; .Conner really knows his stuff. He is definitely the best salesperson I dealt with in several car lots as I was shopping around. Great Unexpected Experience I started off the day car shopping not feeling optimistic at all. We ran into Connor outside and immediately his optimism set us on the path to gettin I started off the day car shopping not feeling optimistic at all. We ran into Connor outside and immediately his optimism set us on the path to getting a car. We were originally planning on buying a used car but Connor thought he could get us in something better. He was right! Two weeks ago my previous vehicle broke down and left me stranded on the side of the road. More than the standard need of a car to get to work and school I needed to be able to get to my family (they live 9 hours away). My brother and his wife are going through a difficult pregnancy and I needed a reliable vehicle to get me to them in case of an emergency. I did not think I would be leaving Ray Skillman in a new car but Connor worked hard to get us something that would be perfect for us. I will always be grateful for the hard work and great customer service provided, they really helped take away the stress. This is my first new car and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Connor Lapardo and Ray Skillman. More
