My daughter went to Holman Toyota to buy her very first car. Connie Baskin swooped in to help. Rather than let another sales person assist or have the decency to respect other people's time and tell my dau car. Connie Baskin swooped in to help. Rather than let another sales person assist or have the decency to respect other people's time and tell my daughter and her girlfriend that she was going to be a while, she had them sit and wait over FOUR AND HALF HOURS!!! I ended up calling Connie myself to see if something was wrong, she was quite rude and defensive when she told me she was working with 5 other customers. No. That is extremely unprofessional. No reason the girls could not have left to grab lunch and come back - she told them she was sorry to keep them waiting. No, you won't. You are cutthroat and to do not want anyone else there to take a sale. Her professionalism and customer service skills are beyond lacking. I would not recommend Connie Baskin to my worst enemy. More
