Purchased a certified Lexus and the vehicle had discount tires which gave it a poor quality drive. Was told by the sales person and manager that the tires met requirements for the sale of a certified vehic tires which gave it a poor quality drive. When I took the car for evaluation at my local Lexus dealer they suggested changing the tires to quality tires specific for Lexus standards. Was informed that tires in a Certified vehicle must be same type of tires found on vehicle coming from factory. These tires are subpar and i caution buyers to make sure not to trust what the salesman say. I will have to see what the corporate office has to say regarding the sale and of a "Certified"vehicle that does not meet Lexus quality standards. I gave the sales team a chance to rectify but, no response. Also, there was no cargo cover and they said that, " that is how this car comes". More
