The final phase, of going through all of the gadgets and features of the new truck, was the best I've ever had when receiving a new vehicle. I would classify my experience as just okay not exceptional but not horrible just okay. Throughout the entire experience I had to constantly chase them for answers phone calls questions they just exceptional but not horrible just okay. My just overall experience with the entire process was just okay. Not sure if this is the norm my son tried to buy a car here about a year ago and had a similar experience. Not sure if this is how it goes here or if they are trying to change the way they run this place but we shouldn't have to call management to get a deal done. In the end we ended up getting the process finalized and I'm very happy with my car but it shouldn't be this hard. More
