My sales rep Christian went out of his way to show me multiple vehicles as I was on the fence about a sedan vs small SUV. Finally decided on a Ceres Blue GV70 Sport Prestige package which was virtually unavailable anywhere except factory build, which I ordered and rolled the dice on whether it would arrive pre June 3 tariff expiry. Rob the sales manager was able to locate one out of state and had it delivered here where it met with my approval and out the door we went. Everything went smoothly and no surprises anywhere in the process. Would highly recommend with zero reservations. . More

Switched to Genesis from Infiniti mostly for the staff who I’ve dealt with for 12 years -Competition always gives great customer support especially Nick and Elton in service- Cordell in sales and Darlene who I’ve dealt with for 12 years -Competition always gives great customer support especially Nick and Elton in service- Cordell in sales and Darlene in finance. When I went to the other Infiniti dealership I was a nobody to them even though I’ve leased and bought almost ten vehicles. My loyalty is with the people at Competition who have shown their loyalty to me. I recommend them to everyone plus I really like my Genesis GV70! (Replaced my Infiniti QX55) More
