Had an exceptional experience, you treated me with respect and fairly priced a used car. Corey (Sales) was attentive and carefully explained each step of the process. Brendan (Finance) was pleasant wi respect and fairly priced a used car. Corey (Sales) was attentive and carefully explained each step of the process. Brendan (Finance) was pleasant without being overly aggressive with the additional warranty packages, but explained my options and let me make the best decision for me. It did not feel like a battle, but a reasonable transaction with buyer and seller. Appreciate the positive experience. More

Making a service appointment takes me 25min until someone picks up the phone. Even the promised a pickup service i have to wait several weeks. I had research the car online on the BMW website. When I went into the dealership and meet with Greg Fielding, He helped me fine-tune my order and actually gave me quite a few good ideas. I could not be happier with the car or with the ordering process. I was able to watch the steps of my car being made on the My BMW app. Greg called me and kept me informed and motivated. It was well worth it. I love the car and the dealership is one of the main reasons I decided to go with this particular car I really researched the service department and found it to be first class.. The paperwork was easy and the people were great. What more can I say as much as I love this car I am sure when it’s time to buy another or one for another family member. I will stop and talk to Greg first. More
