I had a pleasant experience at The Southtowne Service Department. Tim was very courteous and respectful. He kept me informed as to what was going on with my Buick Encore every step in the process. The only suggestion that I would like to make is it would have been nice if I had known it was going to take so long. If I had known the length of time I was going to have to be there I would have arranged for someone to pick me up. Or ask to take the shuttle. The experience my wife and I had at south town was great! Corey was our sale rep and he was very attentive and tried his hardest to find us what we were looking for. Next is the man the makes us sign all the paper work (boring but necessary obviously) nick was going over everything with us slowly while still making the process going very smoothly.
