Overall Good Experience: Satisfaction After Confusion I placed an order for my first Subaru, a 2017 Outback Touring, in July, and was pleased by the sales experience. The salesperson went out of his way t I placed an order for my first Subaru, a 2017 Outback Touring, in July, and was pleased by the sales experience. The salesperson went out of his way to explain various options, and to make sure I was happy with my selections. There was absolutely no pressure to add options, and I was allowed to make several test drives before placing this order. I was, however, confused when I received only one of the production updates I'd been told to expect. When I called the dealership to ask when to expect delivery, Corey Knoelke hit the ball out of the park and provided exceptional customer service. After explaining the original salesperson was no longer available, he went out of his way to locate the car, and called me back immediately to say the car would be ready within a few days. At pick-up, he spent a long time explaining the car's features, and let me take one final test drive to make sure everything was satisfactory. Before finishing the transaction, I met with Brad Farris, who explained various maintenance packages so I could easily understand them, but did not pressure me to make an additional purchase. I felt that the employees I dealt with were primarily interested in making sure that I got the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. Thank you, Wilde Subaru! More
