Corey fought hard for me I shopped online for a new to me vehicle after the timing chain went out on mine. I came across a beautiful Malibu and knew I had to have it. I went to the dealership the very next morning as soon as they opened for a test drive. Fell in love with this vehicle. I have very poor credit and needed a co-signer, which fortunately, my dad was able to help me out. And Corey and the other finance team members went to the mat for me and got me approved! I hate the pressure of looking and dealing with a car purchase, but my experience at Toothman was like no other, there was no pressure and the made everything so easy. When I started looking around the lot I was greeted by a salesman, Corey, very promptly, he was knowledgeable and friendly and I didn't feel pressured at all. I told him what I was looking for and why. He showed us what he had, We had just started looking so he printed out fact sheets on the cars I liked. a couple days later, I needed more information and when I called his cell he was out of town but got the information I needed to me in less than 15 minutes! Upon deciding I wanted to test drive a car on their lot, I found that Corey was out of town but Keith assisted us in test driving and made the process of purchasing the car I wanted so simple and no stress. It was like I was working with family! After my purchase Keith showed us all the options on our car and how they worked, he continued to spend as much time as I needed to understand all the functions of the car, he also helped me pair my cell phone to my new car as well.
