Background: I traded 2 vehicles and purchased a new 2025 Tucson SEL on 11/31/2025. I requested the installation of a trailer hitch. I was told it would be ordered right away, and I would be kept informed as Tucson SEL on 11/31/2025. I requested the installation of a trailer hitch. I was told it would be ordered right away, and I would be kept informed as to the status of the installation. I was told I would have a loaner vehicle to drive during the installation period. I received no updates so on 11/13 I sent a text to the dealership. I received a reply that the status of the hitch would be looked into, and they would be in touch shortly. On 11/17, getting no update, I sent another text. I received a reply on 11/18 from someone who did not identify themselves that it would be looked into ASAP. It is now 11/25, still no update. Customer service appears not to be a priority at Bennett Hyundai. Put this customer in the totally unsatisfied category! More
