I had called on Friday October 23rd 2026 to the service department and informed them that my wife's right/passenger side headlight was blown out. All that needed to be changed was the single HID bulb. T department and informed them that my wife's right/passenger side headlight was blown out. All that needed to be changed was the single HID bulb. The appointment was made for October 26th 2026 for 9:30am. We arrived at the service department at around 9:15am to drop off the Jeep. When we came back to the dealership to pick it up from service we were told it was $303.13 just to do a 30 minute job for a single light bulb. I asked for a break down of the bill because I could see that they charged an hour labor at $198.00 and the bulb cost $48.35. There was an additional charge for $36.95 and I questioned that right away. I was told that was extra cost for added materials. There were no added materials just the removal of the bulb and the replacement of the other bulb. I then went to the Sales manager and he told me that there wasn't anything he could do because he was sales and took me to the service manger Brad, I spoke to Brad explaining everything to him and he informed me that there is nothing he can do about it to contact Corporate. I then went back to the Sales manager and asked for the Corporate number and when I called it was to another dealership in Jacksonville (904-777-****) they informed me that there was nothing they could do and said they could transfer me to the correct department. I asked them to please give me the number just in case I was disconnected (1-80*-***-****) this as well had nothing to do with corporate. I found a number to Chrysler Jeep Dodge Corporate (1-80*-***-****) and I filed a complaint with them. They informed me that it will be sent to a case manager and they will reach out to me in the next 24 to 48 hours and gave me a case number 984 5** **. The call then ended. I gave this dealership every opportunity to solve this issue but you wanted to give me a bogus charge of $36.95. User's recommendation: Make sure you have them explain everything before you have anything done to your vehicle. More
