My salesman Cortez was amazing but after that everything was a bust! If possible, I would give them 0 stars. I purchased a car August 1st 2022 with an extended warranty. When I tried to use the warranty i was a bust! If possible, I would give them 0 stars. I purchased a car August 1st 2022 with an extended warranty. When I tried to use the warranty in November, I realized that the warranty was not activated, and the finance department entered in my warranty wrong in the system which caused my warranty to be denied. I was paying for my car for 5 months and have not been able to use my warranty. After several calls for months, the manager Ziggy finally stated my warranty was activated January 2023 said it was "human error" and there was nothing he could do to compensate for the time loss and for the money that was spent up until now. So, I have a 2-year warranty that will only be activated for 15 months. Awful customer service! Go somewhere else. More

Really love this dealership I got 3 cars since 2014 and all 3 have came from Napleton Hyundai. Mr. Polo has always been my go to to help me find a car of my liking. He’s a very genuine person and not like all 3 have came from Napleton Hyundai. Mr. Polo has always been my go to to help me find a car of my liking. I got a 2023 Hyundai Elantra with 7miles LaTonia is an Excellent (sales representative)with a passion for her customer she sold me the 2018 Hyundai Elantra in 2017.I Thank God and Napleton River Oaks Hyundai for My Guardian Angel. What a great experience. I go through cars every 3 years because of the amount of miles I drive for my job. This was by far the smoothes and easiest of the 12 I have ever experienced.
