False advertising. This place is a joke. Sales people don’t want to work to make a sale. Their online vehicle advertisements state “NO HOOKS, NO GIMMICKS, DO NOT LET OTH This place is a joke. Sales people don’t want to work to make a sale. Their online vehicle advertisements state “NO HOOKS, NO GIMMICKS, DO NOT LET OTHER DEALERS TELL YOU OTHERWISE! 0% financing available for 72 months!” but when you ask about zero percent financing and the low advertised prices you’re told that you can’t have both. You’ll have to pay more for the vehicle if you actually want 0% financing. That sounds like a hook and a gimmick to me! They will also try to low ball you on your trade value. I shopped around and every other dealership offered more for my trade than Laura would offer. Ultimately I ended up buying my new Jeep somewhere else and I suggest you do the same. Edit: 1. This is not a mischaracterization of what happened. Cory’s responses were unsubstantial and gave little to no assistance with my needs as the customer. 2. The very first line in your advertisements states “NO HOOKS, NO GIMMICKS, DO NOT LET OTHER DEALERS TELL YOU OTHERWISE! 0% financing available for 72 months!” but you wait until almost the last line in your advertisement to inject your disclaimer. You are being deceptive by writing like this and giving a false initial impression that you can purchase a new Jeep at your low advertised prices with 0% financing. The disclaimer that you buried in your advertisement below everything else is placed there purposely in the hopes that customers will not read that far. 3. You only met my requested trade value on a vehicle that I did not want to help yourselves with your “end of month push”. You were not doing me a favor. You sold the vehicle I was interested in and attempted to push me into a vehicle I did not want. More

Didn’t want to make a deal today Went to Laura CDJR today looking to make a deal on a new Jeep. After five frustrating hours we walked out. The dealer incentives changed over from the previous month making the Jeep $2,000 more expensive than it had been just two days before, they undervalued my trade in and tried to apply negative equity to the new vehicle. The salesman refused to work with us to make a reasonable deal on a new vehicle. The salesman was using hostile high pressure sales tactics to try to get us to agree to an unreasonably high price for a base model at the time of our visit. I have purchased from Laura once before but will never patronize this business again. Today was a huge waste of time I should have gone to a dealership in Saint Louis but decided to go to Laura because of my previous experience with them. But after they refused to make any effort to make a fair deal on the Jeep I was looking at we just left. I strongly advise that you do business anywhere but Laura CDJR More

this is my 3rd visit to service center since new ownership I dropped my car off after arranging a loaner car from them. I had several issues with my vehicle, and one of which is still the Tire pressure system I dropped my car off after arranging a loaner car from them. I had several issues with my vehicle, and one of which is still the Tire pressure system needing service. I reported this to them on the phone and in person when i dropped the vehicle off. I did receive a call on Friday Jan 18 that the oil had been changed and when they reset the system that the light for the tire pressure was gone. I asked to make sure that they drive it to see if it came back on. When I picked up my vehicle, i was told that the light is no longer on and that the vehicle had been driven long enough and that the light did not come back on. I drove from Sullivan to the first St. Clair and the light came on. I called back to the dealer immediately and reported this. I made arrangements to bring the vehicle back to the dealer on Monday Jan 28. The light is still on. There is no way to see the tire pressure on the cars' dashboard any longer with this light on and it appears as though I have a low tire all the time. This is the same issue that I reported immediately after I got the new tires put on in November and with this service experience. I am extremely disappointed that i have to bring the vehicle in again. More
