It's hard to put into words the value I felt as a customer today. My husband and I went in to look at getting our forever car, one that we wouldn't want to trade it after a few years, one that we kne customer today. Not only was Chris Galvin understanding with what we wanted in a vehicle but he was very polite and he took the time to get to know us a little and build that connection between seller and customer, which I find to be very relaxing as buying a car does come with a huge amount of feeling overwelmed. I know I changed my mind a lot and couldn't make up my mind for a while and I sincerely appreciate you giving me the time and pointers for picking our new ride. Kris LeCaire oversaw this deal and I appreciate the time he took to make calls to the bank and ensure that I was happy with everything that went into get our car.
