False Advertising and Lack of Integrity Disgusting Cory Fuller, who was my sales advisor at Sullivan Brothers Nissan, informed me that the dealership would do the following to the 2015 So Disgusting Cory Fuller, who was my sales advisor at Sullivan Brothers Nissan, informed me that the dealership would do the following to the 2015 Sonata LE for agreed upon price of $10,697. This included: Resurface all 4 rotors 2 keys Alignment Car matts Oil change Fixed broken clip in trunk Paul O Sullivan, General Manager, Sullivan Brothers Nissan, lacks integrity. When my daughter and I went to the dealership to sign the paperwork, he stalled us while he had numerous conversations with Finance, without us present. After waiting 45 minutes, we are told that we could get an interest rate of 10+ %. When I said I'll pay cash, I was told that the price of $10,697 required financing through the dealership. Never once was I told the price was only valid if I financed. No where on the site does it state that the price is only valid if I finance through the dealership. So basically, Paul tried being shady by hiding what Cory Fuller, sales advisor, had lied to me about, by passing the cost to me on the backend. Against my better judgement and because my daughter, who the vehicle was for, cried all night because she thought she was finally getting a vehicle, She had been without a vehicle for roughly a month when her's was hit and totaled. She works 3 jobs and attends College, so I think you can appreciate her need for a vehicle. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and was promptly charged an additional $200 for what Cory lied to me about. Less then 2 months of owning the vehicle, the tire sensor light came on. I took the vehicle to Firestone, who informed me that all 4 tires had excessive dry rot and cracking in the treads and were all just above legally bald. I was informed it was not safe to drive. I contacted Cory Fuller, my sales advisor, and forwarded the paperwork from Firestone. Cory informed me that the dealership would reimburse me $200 towards the purchase of 4 new tires. I purchased the tires and forwarded Cory a copy of the invoice. I followed up to see when the $200 check was mailed. He informed me that the check had been mailed. After several days passed, I reached out to Cory again. After several attempts to reach him, he again told me the check had been mailed. This has gone on for over a month and half, and I still have not received the check. Do yourself a favor, avoid Sullivan Brothers Nissan and save yourself a bunch of headaches and money! Totally disgusting!! False advertising and no integrity. Sincerely, Michael Gonsalves More

Great experience We were looking for a lease vehicle for our son and had a price point in mind based on advertisements online from another dealer. We were surprised at the difference in the monthly payment. Cory took the time to explain the difference and was able to get the payment down to closer to what we were expecting by getting us all the possible rebates available for us. It was a relatively quick transaction and my son happily drove away that day with dealer plates (as it was a weekend with no registry function to get our own plates). Definitely would recommend Cory! More
