Always fairly priced, done right the first time and excellent and timely communications. Two days ago we purchased our 6th car from Sullivan Brothers. Our sales representative was Debbie Miller. She was very knowledgeable regarding the features of the Rogue and what the inventory options were at the dealership. Debbie is very good at her job and we will ask for her the next time we buy a car there. Paul O'Sullivan always makes us feel welcome and valued. He gave us a very fair offer on our trade-in and he gave us an excellent and very competitive price on the new car. My wife and I enjoy working with Paul. Finally, Evan Hogan greeted us as soon as we arrived. He made some initial contact with me prior to our visit to the dealership. His follow up was outstanding. Like the rest of the Sullivan Brothers' team, he made us feel valued and welcome. Both Debbie and Evan told my wife to come back anytime if she had any questions regarding the features and operations of her new Rogue. Service like this is why we always go to Sullivan first! More
