Shady doesn't even begin By far the worst car buying experience ever. Internet adv price has fine print ..read carefully. Finance did not review contract or any documents (I take partial responsibility) but very long night. After complaints following day ..offered me $500. ..however..that came with a demand that I remove my review and sign something. When my daughter showed up to get the $500..they held her captive until they could see it taken down. They offered to take car back but they found that her trade was already sold Told them to keep the 500 so I could tell you about this experience!!!! I would give no stars.. Kelly is your better option 3 days grace More

I know dealerships lie through their teeth, but they really take the cake. I never write reviews and I can usually let disappointments go pretty easily, so I will state it takes a whole lot for me to actually be making it a point to take the time to do this. But I can truly say that I have never had such horrendous customer service before. I have had to call multiple times on my own time, to follow up on the ongoing issue that I was told would be resolved and that they would call me back and confirm. Going on four weeks now. And this is just regarding the last issue I've been dealing with, not even diving into the details of the strife from the beginning of this whole buying process. Lies from the very beginning through the end. I wish I did not go through the purchasing experience with them at all, and listened to my gut instinct instead. Hindsight is 20/20 right? More

Not the greatest experience I wish I could write this in agreement with the others. We were in negotiations for a vehicle and one night they said they agreed to our numbers of ar I wish I could write this in agreement with the others. We were in negotiations for a vehicle and one night they said they agreed to our numbers of around 18k, payments around 260 per month, and that we would proceed the following day. I was pretty stoked because we were excited for the vehicle we were in negotiations with. When I called the next morning to confirm everything, suddenly the numbers didn't match up anymore. We were now at a 290-300 per month somehow and they could no longer meet the numbers that we agreed to. I told them I would speak to my lender and see what we can do. I got some more information, and when I tried to present where we needed to be, (18k) I was met with silence. No return calls, no return emails or texts. Fast forward to the next day. I pay to get into a video game convention with son down in Philly. I'm there and I get a phone call from Michael saying that they can work out a deal, the numbers were gone over and that we should be good to go. I mention 18k out the door, and he says 'yep we will take care of you". So I figured great! Yesterday forgiven. I leave the convention early (which was awesome and we enjoyed thoroughly) to go get the van. I drive home, clean out my car rush over there. Shane puts the paper down in front of me and it reads 19702. Which is the EXACT number from the day before. I look at him and say no and I get up to leave. A big waste of my time. So not only did they lead me on about the 18k, but they had me leave scheduled family time at a convention that only happens once a year, thinking the van was only going to be 18k. I left pretty angry, and decided to call the manager, who decided to blame me for not agreeing to the numbers and wasting their time. WASTING THEIR TIME. I left something I was doing with my son. Shame on me right? When I thought I was going to be getting something that would help our family out. This has, by far, been thee worst communication I have ever had with a dealership. To be lied to, time wasted, no communication, and then made it sound like it was all my fault for not agreeing to their numbers is unbelievable. I hope nobody else has this same issue because I will certainly never EVER be going back to this dealer. If I could give one less star I would. Side note; The slogan of always say 'Yes' should obviously be changed. More

Went above and beyond to work with us and was very patient. He is an awesome part of the KIA Team and we were fortunate to have him as our salesman. Cory Tangir, in finance, made all the paperwork understandable and was willing to explain every detail. I would strongly recommend Allentown KIA and especially Humberto to all my friends and family.
