I'm in the middle. Because Sales was great. Service not so much. If a check engine light keeps giving signals that something is wrong with the coolant system I shouldn't have to bring it back multiple time so much. If a check engine light keeps giving signals that something is wrong with the coolant system I shouldn't have to bring it back multiple times for you to figure it out. And I definitely shouldn't find the coolant reservoir bone dry after you changed the coolant sensor. Still to be told - there's nothing wrong with it after I fill it up with coolant myself and you check it after. Wonder if perhaps it was drained and not replaced at the previous visit. A car with a little under 51,000 miles on it should not be jumping up to 6,000 RPM and struggling to accelerate on the HWY... so when I bring it to you.. you shouldn't tell me there's nothing wrong with it. I felt completely unsafe keeping that 2016 Kia Soul. So I traded it in somewhere else. And will have my new vehicle serviced somewhere else. More
