We entered your dealership on July 4th to purchase a vehicle. A gentleman or a scholar, your choice, greeted us with a smile and an elbow. His name was David. He asked us what we were looking for and took the time to listen and help us find the perfect vehicle. During the test ride, he was very informative and honest. During the negotiation process, he was honest and informative going over the options. From elbow to delivery David was extremely professional and helpful. I'm in the middle. Because Sales was great. Service not so much. If a check engine light keeps giving signals that something is wrong with the coolant system I shouldn't have to bring it back multiple time so much. If a check engine light keeps giving signals that something is wrong with the coolant system I shouldn't have to bring it back multiple times for you to figure it out. And I definitely shouldn't find the coolant reservoir bone dry after you changed the coolant sensor. Still to be told - there's nothing wrong with it after I fill it up with coolant myself and you check it after. Wonder if perhaps it was drained and not replaced at the previous visit. A car with a little under 51,000 miles on it should not be jumping up to 6,000 RPM and struggling to accelerate on the HWY... so when I bring it to you.. you shouldn't tell me there's nothing wrong with it. I felt completely unsafe keeping that 2016 Kia Soul. So I traded it in somewhere else. And will have my new vehicle serviced somewhere else. More
