I have never been pleased with a dealership before through my passed experiences. However with Oakes Buick GMC it was the opposite. From the moment I walked into the dealership I was greeted by nice and very friendly folks. My salesperson who was Melissa not only was friendly but went above and beyond to answer all my questions. Buying a used car can be stressful but Melissa reinsured and eased all my concerns. She along with Will (sales manager) were very helpful and kept true to their words.
