Mobile check-in was offered but I checked in myself. Service person was helpful and courteous. I was kept abreast of progress of work on vehicle while I was waiting in waiting lounge. Facility was clean, bathrooms were clean and hot/cold beverages were available for guests waiting for their vehicles. Overall good experience. 👍

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with the recent
service I received at Herb Chambers…
I came home to a puddle of oil in my driveway where the Jeep was parked after the oil change, I followed the

I came home to a puddle of oil in my driveway where the Jeep was parked after the oil change, I followed the trail of oil all the way to the gym where my daughter had driven the Jeep to, I called the dealership to let them know the situation. There was oil all over the top of the engine right down to the undercarriage. I located the leak which was coming out of the o ring from the filter. There was no oil in the dipstick. I decided to have the Jeep towed to herb chambers not knowing how much oil was left in the engine.
The dealership fixed the o ring and we picked up the Jeep
My daughter drove it that day, I decided to check the oil the next morning and there was no oil on the dipstick.
I drove it to the dealership and they topped off the oil which they admitted that they forgot to do after I had I towed there the previous night..
Is there engine damage? I guess I will be the one that pays that price if there is, I am left with oil all over my garage floor and driveway, I guess I’ll fix that also.
All service reps were great to deal with unfortunately like a waitress at a restaurant they are only as good as the cook though…
Where do we go from here? Most likely not returning for service or buying the next Jeep there. I am not one to write these reviews but this situation was disappointing.
