Worst experience of my life don’t go through Vic or Courtney they full of shid and I done had my car a whole month still no front license plate I done called down to service twice it’s bull shi after b Courtney they full of shid and I done had my car a whole month still no front license plate I done called down to service twice it’s bull shi after bull shid with everybody on that lot be careful and make sure you do your research before jumping head first I’m stuck with a car I really don’t like Vic told me if I feel like it don’t fit me call him back the next day CALLED HIS xxx & ain’t got nothing but the run arounds and my prices I was quoted for my car note is different from the paperwork I received so make sure you get some type of documentation fawk letting them send it to you ! They gone tell you what you want to hear just to get that sale . But I don’t play fair on no day cause tell me what it is and what it ain’t & let me agree to something instead of telling me what I needed to hear ! I wasted $64 on a Lyft just to get stuck with a xx car not to mention I was there for hours cause they mixed my paperwork up EPIC FAIL DONT DO IT even talked to a manger he never returned the call gave me a update or nothing More

I purchased what was represented as a new 2025 Hyundai Palisade from Clay Cooley Hyundai Dallas. Only afterwards did I discover the car had 786 miles on it and clear signs of prior use — spider webs under Palisade from Clay Cooley Hyundai Dallas. Only afterwards did I discover the car had 786 miles on it and clear signs of prior use — spider webs under the hood, dusty engine bay, dirty glass, marked storage areas, and even a scratched key fob. When I did my own research and contacted Hyundai Customer Care and the Clay Cooley Hyundai Service Department, I was told the car had previously been registered under the name “Donna.” This means I may not have even been the first owner. At best, the vehicle was a heavily used loaner/demo; at worst, it was resold after prior registration — yet it was sold to me as brand new. I attempted at reaching out to the dealership and even emailed the staff including the managers but no one replied. ⚠️Additional concerns: - I was charged above MSRP, even though Hyundai’s published MSRP was lower. -I was pressured into buying the Clay Cooley Family Guarantee, presented as mandatory. - I was also sold an expensive extended warranty (~$2,500) despite the questionable status of the vehicle. Despite all this, management continued to claim I was the first owner and that having several hundred miles on the car is normal, contradicting what Hyundai Customer Care and the service department themselves confirmed later on. The whole experience felt deceptive — from lack of disclosure about the car’s true history, to forced add-ons, to the poor delivery condition. ⚠️ Buyers beware: what you are told in the showroom may not match the actual history or condition of the car you’re purchasing. 📸 I am attaching photos and videos of the car’s condition at delivery (spider webs, dusty hood, dirty glass, scratched key fob, etc.) to support everything mentioned above. Been dealing with them for 5 weeks. 4 of them waiting for them to fix vehicle i bought and Never took possession of. Twice they said it had to be taken to the ford dealership cause they 4 of them waiting for them to fix vehicle i bought and Never took possession of. Twice they said it had to be taken to the ford dealership cause they didnt know how to trouble-shoot and fix s ford. Into the 5th week they said something else was wrong with the 2013 F-150 and it would take 2 or 3 days for Ford to get part in then a few days for the Ford dealership to get to it. Thats when i said no more cancel my contract and please return my down payment. Management said, after trying to convince me it would only be a few days and the truck will be as good as a new truck, that i didnt need to sign anything even though truck funded, $8,800.00 cashed and first payment made. They did assure me the corporate office will process asap. It would take just 3 or 4 days to process at corporate then sent to Clay cooley hyundai of dallas. I chose to have the check delivered by courier to clay cooley hyundai of dallas which they said was an option. This started Friday afternoon the 25 of july. It is now Wednesday the 30th of july. After speaking to two different sales managers from two different local clay cooley dealerships i was told it is a family business and there is NOT a Corporate office and all i had to do was sign a contract cancellation form while they print out the check the same day at the clay cooley hyundai of dallas. This is not just one person but from the sales team to service department to sales managerS even finance. Everybody says its someone elses job. I left several messages Never received a call back or they left me on hold for 15 to 17 minutes before giving up on the clay cooley hyundai of dallas and hanging up. If i were buying what do you think the clay cooley hyundai of dallas would have done? Courtney Harris, my salesman was put in a difficult position having to take my calls and returning some calls while trying to sell on the sales floor with No support from his clay cooley hyundai of dallas sales managers.
