We worked with Courtney to purchase our leased Cadillac vehicle.Courtney should be more personable. For example, on our second visit she did not meet us with a 'hello,' 'glad to see you again'; she never c vehicle.Courtney should be more personable. When she handed us off to the finance manager, she simply dropped the paperwork on Marc's desk, turned around and left the office without saying anything to us: without a 'goodby' or 'Ill see you before you leave' Also did not return calls or texts promptly; several times not till the next day, and one time two days later, More

Ordered a 2025 Escalade IQ (executive package) from Findlay Cadillac Henderson Q1 2024. No updates from salesperson regarding delivery until day before it arrival to dealership.. Scheduled appt righ Findlay Cadillac Henderson Q1 2024. No updates from salesperson regarding delivery until day before it arrival to dealership.. Scheduled appt right away, went in to sign paperwork & take delivery. Sat over 2hrs waiting for documents (cash deal), factory protective wrap still on many items throughout interior (not big deal), tire jack & wireless headsets that come standard with executive package were/are missing......get in the vehicle to finally head home before noticing vehicle only @ 8% charge (empty tank, barely enough to make it home). Extremely poor service all around especially considering $160k+ purchase! More
