Sales rep did okay manager did horrible. Do not know why Kevin the sales manager thought bullying would work and later flat out lied about how much he would give for trade in as if I would not check the math. Bottom line is dishonest practice and typical long wait and frustration despite already having my finance. If you want honest people and better prices do what I did travel to Harrisonburg I received a better deal, lifetime warranty, and most important the respect I deserve not as a veteran who gave 20 years of my life to this great nation but as a human being. I never write reviews but I wanted everyone to know what they are getting into when they visit this dealership. More

Igor took care of every aspect of the trade in and my old car was checked out, the new one cleaned, and off I drove after filling out final paperwork. The entire event took only two hours, and during that time, Igor answered all my questions and explained the process of notifying my insurance company, meeting with the finance manager, etc. He also drove me in my new car so I could feel how a new Fit compared to the one I traded in, took the time to pair my cell phone with the car, and gave me tips on how to use the manual shift gears. After saying goodby to my red car, I said hello to my new silver one and off I went. The car is great! The service was wonderful! More
