I almost gave up on Hyundai‘s due to the Topeka service. It’s just not very good and I was losing confidence in the car. I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. Communication was terrible from the start. Before I paid for the car I was told they would fix a couple things we agreed on locally and r dealership. Communication was terrible from the start. Before I paid for the car I was told they would fix a couple things we agreed on locally and right after I paid was told it would actually have to be done there, the dealership was 2.5 hours from home. I reached out about my vehicle to get this work done and was promised a call back the same day with more information. That call never came. I followed up multiple times over the next nine months for things agreed to when I purchased the car, and each time I was told someone would get back to me shortly—still nothing. They were waiting on a part, so and so wasn't in the office, etc. there was always an excuse. It felt like I had to chase them down just to get basic answers. When I finally did speak with someone, they didn’t have any of the details I had previously asked for and seemed completely unprepared. This lack of professionalism and follow-through is unacceptable. After nine months, numerous phone calls and a new general manager (who was wonderful and the only one who seemed interested in handling this), I was finally able to get my car taken care of... only to have it delivered back to me at the wrong address in a different city. Right on par for how this entire experience went. Glad to finally be done with them. More

POOR communication. Had me fill out and pay for vehicle they hadn't procured, and then couldn't get. Then, forgot to call when they did find a vehicle. Filled out sales tax information incorrectly so I couldn't get it registered. Waited a week for them to call me back, which they never did. Also developed a problem with vehicle that I called and was told someone would call back. Went on their website and asked how I could get a call back. I did get a call back pretty quick. Unfortunately it was the Topeka Noller office that was sent my question by mistake. They said they would forward my questions to Lawrence manager. Still no phone call. I emailed salesman. During that correspondence he said the manager told him they would cut me a check for owed sales tax and I should go pay at county registration. Told them I needed corrected paperwork from Noller. Did go to county office that confirmed they needed correct paperwork and they had been calling Noller all morning because of numerous problems and unable to get anyone to answer. County finally got someone to answer at Noller and send the corrected paperwork so I could register vehicle. Been over a week and nobody has yet to call about the sporadic problem with a display screen freezing. This is the 4th vehicle I purchased from them and have never had this much trouble. Must be different management since last purchase. More
