I'm mad....because Campbell/Nelson made my buying experience 1000 times better than the one I had when we bought our Odyssey in 2003. Craig Campbell is a great guy....John Kelch just as good. I went to C/N, just to take a "look"...we weren't ready to buy yet. After talking and bonding with John, the test drive was the foundation. Getting my wife to come in, was the icing! In a couple of hours, my wife had her dream car, a 2012 Nissan Armada Platinum, for a Mothers Day/ 22 yr Anniversary present. I had a miserable experience in 2003....thanks to Craig, John and crew for making our experience a great, positive one. We haven't had a service yet, but from what I hear....their service department is just as good. Thanks guys! If Momma aint happy.....=) More
