I bought a new Tundra truck from this place in 2011, I thought my oil change was still covered, but that is not the issue at all, I do not mind paying for services done. I asked the service manager how lo thought my oil change was still covered, but that is not the issue at all, I do not mind paying for services done. I asked the service manager how long this would take and he told me about an hour, well this was a 2 hour and twenty minute oil change! I will never be back to this dealership and I would never tell anyone to go there, They gave us a great deal, but the service, no way ever again. More
