I asked to have valve stem caps installed, and they were not. I asked if the tires had nitrogen in them, and never got an answer. I went shopping all day for a mustang. After a day full of dealing with sleazy salesman, and dealerships with a weak selection I found Easterns Automotive. Due to their one price model, they are incredibly of dealing with sleazy salesman, and dealerships with a weak selection I found Easterns Automotive. Due to their one price model, they are incredibly honest and they give off the vibe that they aren't just looking for a commission, but looking to make you happy. Craig and Adam were incredibly friendly and honest, and it seemed like they cared about me finding the car I wanted rather than making a sale. The one price model may be slightly more expensive than if you got a car at a dealership that negotiates, but you can leave with peace of mind that the car is in great condition and that they will be there to help you even after the sale is made. I even had a slight problem with the windows after the deal was finalized, that would have taken only a couple bucks to fix, but Craig took the time out of his day to fix the problem for me. A dealership driven to satisfy the customer and not just put money in their pockets is rare these days, but that is exactly what Easterns Automotive is. Dealing with sleazy dealerships all day, and having to take the cars to mechanics only to find out that the salesman was hiding damage was awful, and Eastern Automotive was a refreshing change. If you are looking for a new car, start your search with Easterns Automotive. There is a reason they have a 4.9 star rating (should be 5). They are the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. More
