This is our 2nd vehicle from Pellegrino GMC Buick but the first time I ever ordered a new vehicle from the factory. Craig Fahr went over everything in the ordering process. Our salesman Lou Cerota was great, first time I ever ordered a new vehicle from the factory. Craig Fahr went over everything in the ordering process. Our salesman Lou Cerota was great, he was available to field order status questions and whatever we needed. Lou contacted us to let us know our vehicle was coming in 4 weeks early and would be available for pick up. We went in to pickup our new vehicle and Lou took the license plates off my trade in and noticed I was a firefighter and told us about a first responder discount of $500 and $75 paperwork fee instead of $499. Also a $750 rebate for financing with GM Financial and $ 500 rebate for opening a GM card. Lou found us $1750 in rebates and a week later we received a check for $424 reimbursement for paperwork fee. I highly recommend Lou Cerota and Craig Fahr and the rest of the Pellegrino team.👍🏻 More
