My visit to Pellegrino Buick was extremely pleasant General Mgr Craig Fahr came up talked and then introduced me to salesman Lou Cerota. Lou is the best. He was prepaired for our visit based on a prio General Mgr Craig Fahr came up talked and then introduced me to salesman Lou Cerota. Lou is the best. He was prepaired for our visit based on a prior call we made. The car was cleaned and ready to drive. Lou started the paperwork introduced us to finance signed contracts and in 2 hours we were driving home our new Buick. In about 10 days Lou drove to our home attaching our new plates answered last minute questions. we are extremely happy More

We went to a couple of dealers with no luck, then we went to pellegrino gmc and spoke to Shawn the salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the Sierra we wanted. They ordered it for us and we picked it up to pellegrino gmc and spoke to Shawn the salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the Sierra we wanted. They ordered it for us and we picked it up today. It took about two and a half weeks to get it but definitely worth the wait. More

Overall atmosphere at the dealership is always helpful and friendly. My wife and I have been a customer for years and have enjoyed each and every transaction from the purchase of a vehicle, a service cal and friendly. My wife and I have been a customer for years and have enjoyed each and every transaction from the purchase of a vehicle, a service call or just to check out what's new. It is absolutely true as to what they say.... "once you step into the dealership you become like family !" Mark Pellegrino always has time to say hello and help answer any and all questions. Craig, the dealership manager, is just as cordial and attentive to any and all needs. The sales staff is excellent and well versed in their product and the overall market condition. There is never any pressure just good information to help make a decision. On this occasion Lou Cerota was the salesperson who handled our transaction. We were buying out our lease on a Buick Encore and Lou made it quick and easy. He even arranged for a scheduled oil change to be on the same day that we are to pick up our new license plates for the car saving us an additional trip to the dealership. Great Service !! More
