Overall atmosphere at the dealership is always helpful and friendly. My wife and I have been a customer for years and have enjoyed each and every transaction from the purchase of a vehicle, a service cal and friendly. My wife and I have been a customer for years and have enjoyed each and every transaction from the purchase of a vehicle, a service call or just to check out what's new. It is absolutely true as to what they say.... "once you step into the dealership you become like family !" Mark Pellegrino always has time to say hello and help answer any and all questions. Craig, the dealership manager, is just as cordial and attentive to any and all needs. The sales staff is excellent and well versed in their product and the overall market condition. There is never any pressure just good information to help make a decision. On this occasion Lou Cerota was the salesperson who handled our transaction. We were buying out our lease on a Buick Encore and Lou made it quick and easy. He even arranged for a scheduled oil change to be on the same day that we are to pick up our new license plates for the car saving us an additional trip to the dealership. Great Service !! More

Very happy! This is my 2nd time getting a car from this dealership. They went above and beyond with me in dealing with this transaction. All of my boxes were checked off! I had same salesman as last time, dealership. They went above and beyond with me in dealing with this transaction. All of my boxes were checked off! I had same salesman as last time, Shawn Lukac. He was great and was extremely helpful with everything I needed and quickly answered all of my questions. They thoroughly explained all of the payment options and helped to find the best financer for me. I even got a copy of all of my purchase/finance information on a flash drive, as well as paper copy. This is a people pleasing dealership!! More
