Pretty straightforward, purchased 2025 Encore for my daughter. Unfortunately had a dead battery at initial visit and had to test drive different car. Then had pick up scheduled next day at 2pm and took daughter. Unfortunately had a dead battery at initial visit and had to test drive different car. Then had pick up scheduled next day at 2pm and took 3 hours as left and came back 2 times within 1 hour due to error lights on dash. Apparently service damaged fuse block on battery replacement. Sales manager threw in floor liners due to matts being missing although paperwork signed at sale confirmed matts were included ( not). Wished he would have included full set of liners with rear cargo area for pretty major inconveniences. Salesman and sales manager however were very nice. More
