We had an absolutely amazing experience, from start to finish, with our new vehicle purchase from Pellegrino GMC. The team at Pellegrino is fantastic and that cannot be overstated. Craig ordered our 2021 GMC Yukon Denali exactly how we wanted it and went out of his way to try to locate an exact match and cut down on the delivery time and stayed in constant contact with us throughout the entire process. We pre-traded our Range Rover and Mark (the owner) called me to confirm they were giving me top dollar for my trade (BTW the trade # was MORE than fair ). We worked with Brian in Finance and he shopped every last bank to get us the best rate. Last but certainly not least my sales associate - Lou Cerota. In a word ... AWESOME. He was so pleasant, cordial, friendly, welcoming and considerate. He had everything ready and waiting for us when we arrived for a fantastically smooth delivery. He took us out to our new car and went over the Yukon from top to bottom. I cant say enough about the "SUPER CREW" at Pellegrino GMC. I went into Pelligrino GMC on Monday and spoke with Lou looking into a GMC Terrain. Lou was able to work with me in finding a vehicle that had everything I wanted and working with my price range. Pell looking into a GMC Terrain. Lou was able to work with me in finding a vehicle that had everything I wanted and working with my price range. Pelligrino didn’t have a vehicle fitting my requirements but Lou was able to pull up several options from other dealerships. He was able to locate just what I was looking for with even more features than I requested . He got the vehicle picked up and delivered by Tuesday. Wednesday I was able to pick up my vehicle and Lou already had my paperwork filed and ready; it was the fastest vehicle purchase/process I’ve probably ever had. The experience was more than excellent and by far the smoothest vehicle purchase experience I’ve had. Lou was patient and didn’t make me feel rushed or forced into a purchase I didn’t want. I’m beyond excited for my new vehicle. Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership. I know I'll be requesting Lou for any vehicle purchases I make in the future. More
