We had an absolutely amazing experience, from start to finish, with our new vehicle purchase from Pellegrino GMC. The team at Pellegrino is fantastic and that cannot be overstated. We had dealings with Cr finish, with our new vehicle purchase from Pellegrino GMC. The team at Pellegrino is fantastic and that cannot be overstated. We had dealings with Craig, Mark, Brian and Lou. Craig ordered our 2021 GMC Yukon Denali exactly how we wanted it and went out of his way to try to locate an exact match and cut down on the delivery time and stayed in constant contact with us throughout the entire process. We pre-traded our Range Rover and Mark (the owner) called me to confirm they were giving me top dollar for my trade (BTW the trade # was MORE than fair ). We worked with Brian in Finance and he shopped every last bank to get us the best rate. Last but certainly not least my sales associate - Lou Cerota. In a word ... AWESOME. He was so pleasant, cordial, friendly, welcoming and considerate. He had everything ready and waiting for us when we arrived for a fantastically smooth delivery.
