I have purchased from, mainly, one dealer for about 15 years. Did because my uncle was a salesman. He's retired now. So the last GM vehicle we leased from a new dealer. Had a great sales experience but our service experience was horrible each and every time. I won't name the dealer. Anyway, I started taking my Colorado to Pellegrino GMC because they said they could help me. I like the service dept there. I have been a technician for almost 30 years and have purchased parts from Pellegrino over the years and knew they had good people. My son also, recently, purchased a Canyon there. He was very happy. We figured we would go there, and much like my son's experience, it was easy. No pressure. Hey helpful, accommodating, and professional. We are very happy we decided to go to Pellegrino. Now I can take both vehicles there for warranty, as well, without anymore worries or cringing when I know I need to drop the truck off not knowing if I'll even hear from someone in the next couple days if I don't call. With all honesty I was terrified to finance another car until I met Lou. He completely changed my perspective on everything. Talked me through certain areas in which I couldn’t understand.
