Craig Treon

My wife and I recently bought a pre-owned 2019 Toyota Avalon Hybrid Limited, and we are thrilled with it! Craig Treon helped us not only feel good about our purchase, but he also made the entire process Avalon Hybrid Limited, and we are thrilled with it! Craig Treon helped us not only feel good about our purchase, but he also made the entire process of car shopping and negotiating very enjoyable and relaxed! His genuine, sincere approach and friendly demeanor were such a welcome style with which to work (especially compared to how pushy some sales people can be). I would highly recommend to anyone who goes to Performance Toyota to seek out Craig for a terrific shopping experience! Thank you very much! More

Good experience Good experience. They did a good job to get our deal done even though it was a long process. Seemed to legitimately care about helping the customers. Good experience. Performance Toyota & Craig Treon- our highest Recommendation Craig Treon used his 35 years of experience to ask my wife and I the right questions. these questions led us a New RAV4 Hybrid. Once we had the righ Craig Treon used his 35 years of experience to ask my wife and I the right questions. these questions led us a New RAV4 Hybrid. Once we had the right car, Craig and Performance said, "we will not let price be a problem for you". While the car wasn't free, it was a WINNING price for both of us! As a Business Owner, my time is short. Craig had the whole very skilled Team working hard to add the protections to the interior and exterior while we were efficiently working Beth in Finance. In addition, Craig was coordinating with the Service Dept. on our other car. We are so happy with EVERYTHING! The last word: When I forgot my "Flight Bag" at the Dealership with a flight scheduled early the next day, I called only to find they were already closed. Craig had mentioned that the weekends are busy and while the doors get locked to new business - no existing customer is turned away. So I call Craig who is not at work. Not only does he take my call, he locates the "Flight Bag" and calls a Team Member still working and coordinates its return in time for the flight!!! Craig and his team are Honest, Caring, Sincere people that treat you like family. I give them my Highest Recommendation!!! I went with my 19 yr old son to make sure he didn't get taking advantage of... But, for the first time EVER.... We we're welcomed by a friendly, smiling, calm and NOT fast talking salesman you usually are greeted to sell you any car n quickly. He actually, listened to the fact that my son n wife was in an accident and was needing a replacement car. He went above n beyond. He didn't only take care of him. But, took care of helping his wife with a better car. I believe him to be genuine and totally caring about his job to make his customers not only extremely satisfied but life long friends. We will highly recommend him. Thanking you, Selena Campbell More
