Performance Toyota & Craig Treon- our highest Recommendation Craig Treon used his 35 years of experience to ask my wife and I the right questions. these questions led us a New RAV4 Hybrid. Once we had the righ Craig Treon used his 35 years of experience to ask my wife and I the right questions. these questions led us a New RAV4 Hybrid. Once we had the right car, Craig and Performance said, "we will not let price be a problem for you". While the car wasn't free, it was a WINNING price for both of us! As a Business Owner, my time is short. Craig had the whole very skilled Team working hard to add the protections to the interior and exterior while we were efficiently working Beth in Finance. In addition, Craig was coordinating with the Service Dept. on our other car. We are so happy with EVERYTHING! The last word: When I forgot my "Flight Bag" at the Dealership with a flight scheduled early the next day, I called only to find they were already closed. Craig had mentioned that the weekends are busy and while the doors get locked to new business - no existing customer is turned away. So I call Craig who is not at work. Not only does he take my call, he locates the "Flight Bag" and calls a Team Member still working and coordinates its return in time for the flight!!! The salesmen that was working with us during car purchase had to leave to his fellow man Craig treon stepped in and am so glad he did he was very pleasant,wasn't arrogant or pushy,he knew what he was doing and kept it simple,straight to the point,we did purchase a car we tried to get it lower then they were asking but they only budged a little but Craig made it worth it because he made u feel that u didn't have to feel bad or guilty for paying full price and that he wasn't trying to push something on u or tried to get over on u. Very genuine,performance Toyota is very blessed to have Craig working for them. He made we wanna go back. And I will because of Craig. Also the whole environment is friendly.
