He saw to it that we were very comfortable with the Sienna. He was very patient as we looked it over all we wanted and asked many, many questions. Craig also saw to it that we had plenty of water, hot cocoa, Goldfish, and Mike & Ikes, which we enjoyed very much. The Goldfish helped to keep our baby entertained, which was a huge bonus! (This isn't about the car buying, but we very much enjoyed getting to know Craig and seeing his incredible artwork. It was a very pleasant evening for us). Craig went the extra mile and saw to it that even though we were buying a used vehicle, he had $25 worth of gas put in for us. He also had the van washed and waxed for us, which we appreciated very much. It looked like new! Craig stayed after hours seeing to it that we were well-taken-care-of. Thank you very much, Craig! Auggie came over personally and helped us to land on a deal we were comfortable with. One thing that we really appreciated from Auggie was the fact that he never walked away without asking us if we had any other questions, concerns, or something we needed. He showed a lot of care and kindness, and in the end, we ended up with a deal we were pleased with. Thank you very much, Auggie! Scott really bent over backwards as well. One of the many things we appreciated about Scott was the fact that he wasn't hurried or pushy at all. He was very laid back, yet we could tell he knew what he was doing and what he was talking about. He was very patient as we asked questions and asked him to walk us through the information. He even walked us through things without us asking him to, which we very much appreciated. He gave us some creative ideas on how to pay our van off sooner, which we are thrilled about! Scott stayed well beyond closing to help us to settle on something we were comfortable with. We can't thank you enough, Scott! More

Lemons to Lemonade Initially, I bought a nice, used RAV4. Driving it off the lot, the vehicle didn't make it 10 miles before the transmission slipped out of gear. Turned Initially, I bought a nice, used RAV4. Driving it off the lot, the vehicle didn't make it 10 miles before the transmission slipped out of gear. Turned out to need the transmission replaced. They took care of me and sold me a nicer, newer 4Runner with an impressive discount and met our needs for the overall cost and payment. This is the second time these guys have done right by me. I'm a lifer now. More

Today there is the same vehicle ( 2013 grand caravan crew) on KSL for $3000.00 less I was lead to believe the vehicle was equipped with uconnect (one of the two main reasons for me to buy it) but it fact it does not, I am disappointed. Craig was great about answering our questions, giving us his time to discuss without the high-pressure tactics in some other places, and the facility was accommodating to our 6 year-old while we shopped. They were upfront with a CarFax and were honest with us about the vehicle and what they knew of it's history. Craig's style fit us perfectly, Scott was great about getting our deal done in a timely fashion, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know. Worst Experience ever I went to test drive a new Toyota Rav 4, I am in market for leasing a newSUV so I wanted to get feel for the car before I made my decision. I first worked with Craig who was very friendly and respecting, but he was working with a different customer as well so he assigned us a differ sales guy. Now, this guy was very rude and out right insulting. I went to test drive a Rav 4 I know how much they cost, I know how much my ball park payment is going to be, I have leased similar vehicle in the past. But, this guy kept asking if I would be able to make the payment. He didn't want to waste my or his time if I couldn't make the payment. He literally asked me over 4 times if I could afford the car. He said it's waste of time thatpeople test drive the car and when they find the price is $750 a month they are not interested anymore.Seriously, $750 on lease for Toyota Rav 4 Le model, please give me a break. I never had to go through this much talking and convincing just to test drive a car. For some reason it looked like he was not at all interested in selling his car, he even recommended his friends from dealer across the street (both dealers are owned by same company). We go for a test drive, and we come back I ask him for rough numbers so i can compare with other cars I was considering. But he flatly rejects my request and tells me it will be $400-$450 to lease it, I have leased similar priced Camry and that price he gave is such a BS. I will never go back to this dealership. I live 2 minutes away from this dealership but I will take my business to different dealership. I have bought 3 cars in last 1 year, I have never seen dealership trying so bad to lose a customer. More
