From the moment I walked into this dealership, I knew I was in great hands. The entire team was incredibly knowledgeable, answering every question I had with confidence and clarity. It’s rare to find a group of professionals who are not only experts in what they do but are also genuinely passionate about helping customers find the perfect vehicle. The level of professionalism was top-tier from start to finish. I never once felt pressured—just guided and supported. They took the time to understand my needs and budget, and then walked me through options that made sense, without ever trying to upsell me on something I didn’t need. What really impressed me was their amazing inventory. Whether you’re looking for something brand new, pre-owned, or certified, they’ve got something for everyone—and at prices that are more than fair. In fact, I was blown away by the great deals they offered. They worked with me to get the best financing possible and made sure I was getting real value for my money. But what truly sets this dealership apart is their commitment to going above and beyond. Every detail was handled with care, from the test drive to the paperwork to the follow-up after the sale. They made what’s usually a stressful process feel smooth, easy, and even enjoyable. If you’re looking for a dealership that combines expertise, integrity, and outstanding customer service—look no further. This team sets the standard. I couldn't be happier with my experience and my new vehicle! More

I recently purchased a 2013 Subaru Outback from Northwest Motor Group in Pasco, WA. I’m very pleased with the car and the process of the purchase, which was a bit more complicated, since I was buying it as a Motor Group in Pasco, WA. I’m very pleased with the car and the process of the purchase, which was a bit more complicated, since I was buying it as a Montana business owner and licensing it in MT and not in WA. My sales rep, Carl Robanske was entirely professional, friendly and helpful throughout the process. Because it would be 3 days before I could come to see and test drive the car, Carl was able to work out an arrangement for the car to be removed from the sales lot until I was able to travel to Pasco. I came as agreed on the scheduled date and time, test drove the car with Carl, was very pleased with it and completed the purchase within about an hour or so. I’ve given Carl 5 stars for his excellent handling of the sales process and only downgraded the dealership rating from 5 to 4 stars because there was some confusion and mishandling of the car title which delayed my ability to get the title transfer and registration handled in the time frame I had planned. Otherwise I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire sales process. More
