Everyone we worked with was wonderful. However on day 1 we experienced issues with our Crosstrek. Computer camera system malfunctioning. Safety systems not working. The dealership was very helpful, trying to fix it. Personal phone calls and video chats. Ultimately we need to schedule an appointment to get it taken care of which is disappointing and making me doubt myself that we switched from Honda to Subaru. I never had a single maintenance need with my Honda other than oil changes. I will have a more accurate opinion (better or worse) depending on how quickly this issue is resolved. More
