The staff worked with me to fix my 2019 Titan and even worked directly with the warranty provider to cover some extensi at Vision Nissan in Webster. The service manager, Santos Monagas, was extremely good in keeping me informed about the progress on my vehicle (which was much appreciated). I went here because the reviews also indicated that this service department had a lot of experience with Titan trucks - and they do! More

I just had the ENTIRE engine replaced on my 2017 Nissan Titan XD (gas). I have been driving it for 2 weeks, many 30-40 minute highway trips, as well as local driving. I have a heavy foot. The engine has performed flawlessly and I am EXTREMELY pleased. This was the hugest repair, and so much could have been gone wrong, but it is all good, and I'm very relieved!
