Nothing spectacular about this business Website doesn’t work, so you have to rely on Cargurus. We had a very nice salesman’s who was not trained at all on the companies policy’s and proced Website doesn’t work, so you have to rely on Cargurus. We had a very nice salesman’s who was not trained at all on the companies policy’s and procedures. I do not blame that individual at all for our lack of enthusiasm with the dealership. He did everything within his means to assist us. The problem is management did not train him and it shows badly on them. 2nd issue is pricing. Apparently the pricing on car Gurus is not black and white. They have rebates the store offers to get to this price which is very misleading. 3rd the process is sooooo slow. They have procedures that really drag the process along. For example waiting while the salesman puts gas in car after starting paperwork. The store was not busy at all yet the process took a long time. I will honestly say had it been busy and process was slower we likely would have just left. It was ridiculously slow. Bobby in finance was the only one that was quick and seemed to value our time and we appreciated it. More
