Building is old in desperate need of being redone. Felt like manager was unwilling to deal or compromise or even provide adequate explanation to. questions although they were very friendly. Their service department was very small old and cramped and dirty. We are actually in the process of buying a second Kia and definitely will not go to that dealership.
